The captains and relief captains all have significant experience in ocean navigation and weather interpretation, as well as electronic aids.  They have years of experience in Alaska Peninsula, Southeast Alaska, Kenai Fjords National Park, Katmai National Park and Preserve, as well as Aniackchak National Monument, Kodiak Island waters, and Prince William Sound. . The crew has valuable experience with the Bering Sea Crab and Kodiak Tanner Crab Fisheries, the Cook Inlet Cod Fishery, as well as Research Charters.  Safe anchorages and beach accesses are known.  Our captains are confident in these waters and are comfortable operating with divers and scientific personnel.
